Ganesha Wellness Spa provides boutique accommodation in the heart of Perth.  The accommodation boasts several suites to suit your needs, a large sunny terrace and balcony, a dinning room, multiple relaxation lounges and free WiFi. Guests can book from a range of treatments and packages in the Luxe Day Spa, as well as organize use of our Cedar Room and Hot Tub. We recommend bookings be made in advance of your stay to avoid disappointment.

Guests can also enjoy free continental breakfast in our dinning area and access our communal Kitchen equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a fridge and a freezer. The continental breakfast is offered with all bookings and includes yoghurt, cereals, orange juice and fresh fruit. 

Located in the quiet town of East Perth, only a short scroll down to Claisebrook Cove and the tranquil Swan River. Take a wander over the incredible Matagarup Suspension Bridge towards Optus Stadium at only a 15 minute walk away, where you can enjoy multiple playgrounds, watch live sports and concerts, as well as visit the popular Camfield Pub. 

Luxe on Kensington is only a 10 minute walk to Claisebrook Train Station, and 3 km from Perth CBD (Central Business District). Perth Arena and Optus Stadium are only a 10-minute drive, and Perth Airport is a 20-minute drive away. We are a 5 minute walk from Royal St, Victoria Garden, Yellow CAT Stop 5 or Royal St, Haig Park, Yellow CAT Stop 33.

All suites include tea and coffee making facilities, as well as free WiFi. 

Each suite has a private bathroom which includes a luxury bathrobe and complimentary toiletries. Some suites have a private balcony and spa bath.

• Perth City - Catch a CAT bus or train to the CBD and see what our amazing city has to offer. Take a historical stroll through the city or visit the newly found sites of Elizabeth Quay, the Bell Tower or Yagan Square. Exercise your taste buds in some of our outstanding cafes and restaurants. Check out some of the amazing night life that Perth City and Northbridge has to offer. Or why not visit the newly renovated WA Museum Boola Bardip and the Art Gallery of WA (AGWA).
• Crown Casino - Watch live theatre shows and concerts, enjoy multiple restaurants and of course visit Perth's only casino. 
• Matagarup Suspension Bridge - Take a stroll on the incredible suspension bridge towards Optus Stadium or why not try zip lining from it!
• The Swan Valley - Only a 30 minute drive from Luxe on Kensington you'll find the heart of Perth's coveted wine region. Visit some of our most famous vineyards of Sandalfords, Lancasters, Mandoons and Sitella wineries. Or check out our very popular family friendly breweries of The Henley Brook, Bailey Brewing Co. and Mash Brewing. • Perth Beaches - Perth is blessed with many beautiful clear blue sandy beaches. Enjoy a beautiful scenic drive along the coast and stop at the many towns along the way such as Hilarys, Trigg Beach, North Beach, Scarborough, Cottesloe, Fremantle and many more.
• Rottnest Island - Take a ferry from Hilary's Boat Harbour or Fremantle to the beautiful Rottnest Island, famous for its incredibly sweet and rare marsupial, the Quokka. Rent a bike for the day and take a ride around the Island, swim on one of its many tranquil beaches or relax with a glass of wine, beer or cider proudly made in WA.
• Fremantle - Take a scenic drive along the coast from Hilary's all the way up to the hipster town of Fremantle. Visit the Fremantle markets, catch a street performance or two, enjoy fish and chips along the beach or a cider at the famous Little Creatures Brewery.
• Perth Zoo - Drive over to South Perth or catch a ferry from Perth's Elizabeth Quay and say hello to the gorgeous animals at the Perth Zoo. 
• AQWA - Visit Perth's only Aquarium at Hilary's Boat Harbour. Take a walk through the underwater tunnel featuring sharks and stingrays, discover the interactive touch pools or enjoy one of their expert talks and feeding displays.  

Paid metre on the road parking is available across the street from our building, it is $4 per hour from 6am till 8pm. It is free from 8pm till 6am.

Free Parking for 3 hours is available at Jewell Lane Carpark, it is a 4 minute walk away.

Parking is not available on the street on the same side as our building as this is reserved for resident permit holders only, please refer to street signs to avoid a parking fine. 

Bookings & Payments

• All rooms are non smoking
• Children under 14 years of age are not catered for.
• Descriptions & prices are subject to change without notice
• To guarantee & secure your suite booking we require a $ full payment per night.
• Our accommodation is available 24/7.
• Our reception is open from Mon – Sat from 10-4pm for phone bookings, except for public holidays. We have a lock box for after hours clients but your room has to be paid for before we can give you any codes to enter.
• Our Day Spa is open Mon, Wed  Friday and Saturday via appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your booking we require 14 days notice via email. Please allow 48 hours for us to confirm your cancellation. For cancellations within the 14 day period, a charge of $49/per suite will be charged and we can arrange re-booking. Please note, if you have booked a non-refundable suite there are no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook all or part of your booking we will endeavour to issue you a refund. We recommend for you to take out travel insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
