Our luxurious boutique Day Spa is nestled in the quiet inner city suburb of East Perth. It boasts a large reception area and 3 private massage rooms which can cater to both singles and couples. The Kensington Cabin features a cedar hot tub, fireplace & cosy leather chairs to unwind before or after your treatment. 

After your treatment, head upstairs where you can enjoy light refreshments or lunch in one of our relaxation lounges. Then bask in the sun on our spacious terrace, or head to the balcony and check out the view of Perth City and surrounds.

Located in the quiet town of East Perth, only a short scroll down to Claisebrook Cove and the tranquil Swan River. Take a wander over the incredible Matagarup Suspension Bridge towards Optus Stadium at only a 15 minute walk away, where you can enjoy multiple playgrounds, watch live sports and concerts, as well as visit the popular Camfield Pub. 

Prestige Spa on Kensington is only a 10 minute walk to Claisebrook Train Station, and 3 km from Perth CBD (Central Business District). Perth Arena and Optus Stadium are only a 10-minute drive, and Perth Airport is a 20-minute drive away. We are a 5 minute walk from Royal St, Victoria Garden, Yellow CAT Stop 5 or Royal St, Haig Park, Yellow CAT Stop 33.

• All our treatments can be tailored to your needs, however please inform us of your personal requirements at the time of booking.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure your treatment time is not shortened, due to other appointments.
• All treatments are suitable for ladies and gentleman. 
• Most treatments can be adapted to pregnant ladies, always consult your Doctor prior to having any spa treatments to ensure it is suitable for you.
• We cannot take responsibility for your personal items during your treatments and therefore we recommend you leave your jewellery and valuables at home.
• 5 days notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Under 5 days a $25 per person fee will be applied when re-booking.
• For all spa  treatments  50 % of the payment is required in advance so we can book our staff.
• All Dermal therapies require $100 deposit unless it is a consultation which is free.
• If you have a pre-purchased voucher, please ensure you bring the printed version with you, to avoid being re-charged.
• For all appointments we require a credit card number and phone number to hold your booking.

Please note if you book on a Saturday a surcharge of $25 pp does apply to cover staff costs and on Sunday a $50pp will apply on requested bookings as usually we are not open on Sundays but do accept requests.

Paid metre on the road parking is available across the street from our building, it is $4 per hour from 6am till 8pm. It is free from 8pm till 6am.

Free Parking for 3 hours is available at Jewell Lane Carpark, it is a 4 minute walk away.

Parking is not available on the street on the same side as our building as this is reserved for resident permit holders only, please refer to street signs to avoid a parking fine.

• Appointments after 5pm on any day surcharge applies for $25 per person.
• Double Room Booking additional $25 per couple.
• All Discounted Deals, Offers, Vouchers and Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE.
• We have a strict 5 day cancellation/change policy on all discount deals, offers and vouchers. If you cancel or change your appointment within 5 days of your appointment the credit card/debit card you provided at the time of booking will be charged $25 per person. However, you will not lose the voucher, deal, discount offer no matter the expiry date and will be able to book it in another day.
• A credit card/debit card MUST BE PROVIDED at the time of booking to confirm the booking, if a number is not provided it is not considered a confirmed booking and you may lose your booking day and time. Such details are never kept past your booking date and are destroyed in a safe and secure manner.
